Present / past/ future

PAST SIMPLE:

We use past simple to say things that have happened in the past. We can use normal verbs: -ed, or sometimes irregular verbs.

EX: I played football last night.- normal verb
       I went to the beach last summer.

FUTURE/ GOING TO: WILL

We use the future for says things that we know sure  that will happen in the future or we for predict things.

 EX: going to: I'm going to play football next week: we know sure.
       Will: I will win the lottery one day: we don't know sure.

(+) Subjecte + verb “I play football”
(-) Subject + don’t/doesn’t + verb “She doesn’t play football”
(?) Do/does + subject + verb “Do you play football?”
Present continous


I + am + verb + -ing
He/she/it + is + verb + -ing
You/we/they + are + verb + -ing


(+) Subject + verb + -ing “You are playing football”
(-) Subject + verb + not + -ing “She don’t playing football”
(?) To be + subject + - ing “Are you playing football”
